Business executives, political activists, local decision-makers, and representatives of civil society from all over the world come together every year to promote change that is already underway and to push transition. A global non-profit organization called Climate Group, whose mission is to accelerate climate action, is the host of Climate Week NYC. The week’s official program is hosted by Climate Group and features the most influential individuals from industry, government, civil society, and the climate sector.
The most well-known event of the week is the Climate Week NYC Opening Ceremony. The event, which will take place on September 17, will include significant announcements, panel discussions, and interviews with top commercial, governmental, and environmental leaders from across the world.
